Andy is the founder and owner of TEAM Solutions and primarily focuses on Business Development. Andy doesn’t hide his love for Philadelphia, their food and sports teams, or his beloved alma mater, Temple University. As a former athlete and now a husband and father of three children, he knows the anxiety that comes with traveling as a team & family. He wants to help make that trip efficient, cost effective and seamless, with accommodations being one less thing to worry about. Andy is proud of how TEAM Solutions has grown with team members who are the best reflection of the vision and personify what we want to be and provide to our client and customers on a daily basis.
As Client & Guest Relationship Manager, Christine works hard to ensure our clients & guests are taken care of from start to finish. It’s important that our clients feel comfortable in turning their events over to TEAM Solutions. We pride ourselves in having an open line of communication throughout the booking process for both our clients & their guests. Alongside promotions and accolades, her greatest accomplishment alongside her career has been maintaining relationships with those she works with. Outside of the TEAM Solutions family, she is constantly trying to keep up with 2, soon to be 3, sons!
As the Director of Hotel and Event Sourcing, Lindsay leverages TEAM Solutions extensive network across the country to find the perfect cities and hotels for your group’s upcoming events. Her goal is to ensure every aspect of your event is flawlessly executed, from securing budgets to obtaining essential concessions. With 15 years of experience in hotel and hospitality sales, and previous involvement in the chamber of commerce, she brings a wealth of expertise to every client interaction. This background equips her to effectively plan and source your next event, tailoring solutions to your unique needs.
In her free time, she indulges in her passion for travel, enjoy summers at her family lakehouse, and hits the slopes for skiing adventures in the winter.
As the National Sales Manager, Andrea focuses on cultivating new clients. Through trade shows, traveling to events, and networking, Andrea pinpoints clients who have the potential to take their event to the next level with TEAM Solutions. Andrea has an extensive background working in Sports Commissions, which allows her to work closely with event organizers and the destinations where events take place. Andrea prides herself in getting the most for clients, while allowing them to focus on their event without having to worry about their housing needs. Andrea, born in Peru, fluently speaks both Spanish and English. Whether you say futbol or soccer, Andrea will help take your event to the next level. In her free time, Andrea enjoys traveling with her fiancé, playing pickleball, and supporting the Philadelphia Eagles!

In her free time, you’ll find her serving up fun on the volleyball court, strumming away on her guitar, or boosting fan-status with my small tribe of fur babies, nieces and nephews.
